Juniper berry essential oil

Juniper berry essential oil, 10 ml

Like pure air in a frosty forest: fresh and dry, subtly resinous, with a deep earthy note. This oil feels cleansing for both body and space, strengthening your inner backbone and helping release stagnation and anything that prevents you from moving forward.

Juniper has long symbolised protection, purification and strength. Its fragrance helps brush away emotional dust, fatigue, anxiety and energetic fog. Suitable for retreat, renewal and reflection, meditation, inner silence or clarifying new intentions.

• Encourages detoxification and helps with water retention
• Relieves muscle and joint tension
• Has antiseptic properties; useful for oily or problem skin
• Supports lymph flow and circulation

Ways to use:

• In a diffuser — for energetic cleansing of a space and stress reduction
• In the bath (diluted) — for detoxification and relaxation
• In body oils — for fluid retention and cellulite
• In skincare (locally, highly diluted) — on problem areas

Warning. Use is not recommended during pregnancy. Avoid use with kidney disease or sensitive skin. Dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin (no more than 1.5–2%). Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on children under 6. Store in a cool, dark place, out of children’s reach.

When using essential oils, always follow the rule LESS IS MORE. Essential oils are highly concentrated substances, so excessive amounts can cause unpleasant sensations, irritation or mucous-membrane irritation and may not provide the desired aromatherapeutic effect. Use the dispenser on the bottle carefully: 1 large drop = 1 ml.
