• For bath rituals. Try the benefits of an aromatherapy bath: add 100 g of Himalayan sea salt mixed with the essential oil of your favorite scent to hot water and enjoy for about 15-20 minutes. Peppermint essential oil has a breathing-relieving effect, so the procedure is especially suitable for the cold season.
• For sauna rituals. The smell of peppermint is perfect for a sauna - we recommend adding about 10 drops of essential oil to a small container of hot water.
