As many as 6 essential oils combine in a blend that will ensure the highest level of relaxation. Lavender will give you peace, eucalyptus and tea tree will help you breathe easier and more evenly, rosemary will help you concentrate, lemon will lift your mood, and peppermint will help you achieve harmony between body and mind. The mixture of essential oils for meditation not only gives moments of rest, but is also perfect for daily use.

Possibilities of use:

  • Evaporate essential oils in a steamer . For optimal vaporization, about 6-8 drops would be needed, but it is best to follow the instructions of the device manufacturers. Gradually, the vapors of essential oils emitted by the vaporizer are evenly distributed in the space, perfectly disinfecting the air and helping to relax the respiratory tract.
  • If you don't have an electric essential oil vaporizer, you can make an effective and pleasant-smelling spray air freshener yourself. Pour 80 ml of water and 20-30 drops of the mixture for Meditation into a dark glass 100 ml bottle with a sprayer. Tip: essential oils do not dissolve in water, so it is best to dilute them with 15 ml of alcohol (40% vodka is suitable). Always shake the bottle well before spraying.
  • Try a relaxing aromatherapy bath . Mix 100 g of Himalayan salt with 20-30 drops of the mixture for Meditation , if the skin is more sensitive - 5-10 drops will be enough. The essential oils in this blend ensure maximum aromatherapy effect and help to relax, calm the body and mind.
  • Inhale a blend of essential oils for a stuffy, stuffy nose . Put a drop of the mixture for Meditation on a napkin or palms (if the skin is more sensitive - dilute it with sweet almond or other favorite oil) and inhale several times.
  • Use a blend of essential oils to clean your home . The mixture for Meditation has an incredible disinfecting effect, so you can safely clean the whole house with it. Only 10-12 drops will be enough for a 10-12 l bucket of water, and if you use a robot-pump or a steam cleaner - we recommend diluting the amount of essential oils used with alcohol (40% vodka is suitable).
  • Make a wonderful smelling, antibacterial hand soap . In a ceramic container with a dispenser, add 100 ml of odorless liquid soap, add 10 drops of the mixture of essential oils for Meditation . Mix everything well so that the oils are evenly distributed and enjoy a pleasant smelling, and most importantly, natural soap.
  • For rinsing the throat and mouth . Mix 1 tablespoon of salt with 2-5 drops of essential oil mixture, add to a 250 ml glass of warm water and rinse your mouth. Due to the risk of swallowing, this procedure is not recommended for children under 7 years of age.
  • You can also mix the mixture with salt and use it not only for inhalation, but also for body scrubbing and wrapping . In order to achieve the maximum moisturizing effect and not to irritate the skin, we recommend diluting essential oils with almond oil for body treatments.
  • This mixture is also perfect for use in the sauna . Add the Meditation mixture as needed (10-30 drops) to a metal bowl of hot water. Place the container in the hottest corner of the sauna, but never pour the contents onto the hot stones. Otherwise, the stones will be damaged in the long run, and you will not achieve any aromatherapy effect due to too high a temperature.
  • You can rub the soles of your feet with a mixture of essential oils for meditation to strengthen immunity. Place a few drops on your palms and rub into your feet. If the skin is very sensitive, we recommend diluting the essential oils with sweet almond oil or your favorite oil.
  • In summer, this mixture works well as a mosquito repellent . Insects don't like too intense a smell, so they simply won't notice you. We recommend applying the mixture to more exposed parts of the body (if the skin is more sensitive, apply after diluting with sweet almond or other oil), as well as dripping on less noticeable corners of clothes every few hours.
