Often, the fatigue accumulated during the day does not allow you to properly enjoy the hour of rest you have or to pay enough attention to your loved ones. Then nature's gifts come to the rescue - organic essential oils, reminding you how little is needed to extend a moment of happiness to infinity! It is a mixture that combines harmonizing bergamot , soothing lavender , and maximally mood-improving mandarin , the scent of which will appeal to both young and old.

Possibilities of use:

  • Evaporate essential oils in a steamer . For optimal vaporization, about 6-8 drops would be needed, but it is best to follow the instructions of the device manufacturers. Gradually, the vapors of essential oils emitted by the vaporizer are evenly distributed in the space, and after reaching the human nervous system, the scents help to improve the emotional state.
  • If you don't have an electric essential oil vaporizer, you can make a great and nice-smelling spray air freshener yourself. Pour 80 ml of water and 20-30 drops of the Relaxation mixture into a dark glass 100 ml bottle with a sprayer. Tip: essential oils do not dissolve in water, so it is best to dilute them with 15 ml of alcohol (40% vodka is suitable). Always shake the bottle well before spraying.
  • Place a drop of the essential oil mixture on the corner of your pillow or the edge of your pajamas before going to bed . Evaporating easily from body heat, essential oils calm the central nervous system and provide the much-desired aromatherapy effect. By the way, sleep becomes much deeper and more even in a pleasantly smelling environment. Don't forget, just 1 drop is enough, because too intense an aroma can disturb your sleep.
  • Try a relaxing aromatherapy bath . Mix 100 g of Himalayan salt with 20-30 drops of the mixture for Relaxation , and if the skin is more sensitive - 5-10 drops will be enough. The essential oils in this blend ensure maximum aromatherapy effect and help to relax, calm the body and mind.
  • For opening facial pores . Place a few drops on your palms and rub into your feet. If the skin is very sensitive, we recommend diluting the essential oils with sweet almond oil or your favorite oil.
  • Make a wonderful smelling liquid hand soap . In a ceramic container with a dispenser, add 100 ml of odorless liquid soap, add 10 drops of essential oil mixture for Relaxation . Mix everything well to distribute the oils evenly and enjoy citrus and a cup of tea Provence scented natural soap.
  • You can use the mixture of essential oils as a natural perfume for relaxation . Place a few drops on the palms of your hands and gently rub into the neck and wrists.
