Breathing-facilitating, organic essential oil, 10 ml
According to ancient myths, the water nymph Minthei was jealous of the beauty of even Persephone herself, so out of jealousy she turned her into a plant that is now found all over the world. Although spearmint is usually considered a weed, it has many more beneficial properties than other plants.
The main component of the essential oil of the strong, pleasantly cool smell of mint (Mentha Arvensis) is menthol, which has a cooling, calming effect. Due to its beneficial properties, menthol is often used in skin and mouth care products, cleaners and cosmetics. In aromatherapy, peppermint essential oil is recommended for everyone who wants:
- to relax
- reduce nervous tension,
- to facilitate breathing.
Possibilities of use:
- For a fresh-smelling and clean home. If you use unscented cleaning products, add a few drops of peppermint essential oil - you can enjoy a clean and naturally smelling environment!
- Aromatize the home space. If you don't have an essential oil vaporizer, you can make a natural air freshener. Fill a 100 ml container with a sprayer with water, add 20-30 drops of essential oil, shake well and spray at a distance of at least 15 cm from surfaces.
- For bath rituals. Try a few drops of peppermint essential oil along with your favorite shampoo - the oil penetrates the surface of the scalp perfectly, stimulates the growth of stronger hair and soothes irritated skin.
- For an invigorating massage. A highly effective anti-fatigue treatment is a few drops of peppermint essential oil combined with your favorite scented vegetable oil (we recommend trying cold-pressed, unrefined sweet almond oil).
Warning. For external use only. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children and animals. Protect from direct sunlight.
As a reminder, when using essential oils, you should always follow the LESS IS MORE rule. Essential oils are highly concentrated substances, so their excessive amount can cause unpleasant sensations, irritate or irritate the mucous membrane and not provide the desired aromatherapy effect. Also, use the dispenser on the bottle carefully as 1 large drop = 1 ml.
