Organic essential oil with a harmonizing effect, 10 ml
Bergamot essential oil with a fresh citrus scent and a light hint of flowers is very popular among perfumers. The scent of the essential oil extracted from the fruit of the Bergamot lemon tree (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia) growing in southern Italy is recognized all over the world. This is because the famous Earl Gray tea is also flavored with bergamot.
It is one of the few citrus essential oils that does not have a calming or tonic effect, but a harmonizing effect. Due to its antiseptic properties, cosmetic manufacturers do not avoid this oil either. Bergamot essential oil is recommended for anyone who wants to:
- get rid of anxiety
- to balance the emotional state,
- encourage creativity.
Possibilities of use:
-
- For a fresh-smelling and clean home. If you use unscented cleaning products, add a few drops of bergamot essential oil - you can enjoy a clean and naturally smelling environment!
- For a harmonizing massage. A highly effective skin-soothing treatment is a few drops of bergamot essential oil combined with your favorite scented vegetable oil (we recommend trying cold-pressed, unrefined sweet almond oil).
- Aromatize the home space. If you don't have an essential oil vaporizer, you can make a natural air freshener. Fill a 100 ml container with a sprayer with water, add 20-30 drops of essential oil, shake well and spray at a distance of at least 15 cm from surfaces.
- For bath rituals. Try the benefits of an aromatherapy bath: add 100 g of Himalayan sea salt mixed with the essential oil of your favorite scent to hot water and enjoy for about 15-20 minutes. Bergamot essential oil contains natural antioxidants and vitamin C, which will pamper the skin and give it clarity.
Warning. Bergamot essential oil is phototoxic and therefore increases sensitivity to sunlight. For external use only. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children and animals. Protect from direct sunlight.
- As a reminder, when using essential oils, you should always follow the LESS IS MORE rule. Essential oils are highly concentrated substances, so their excessive amount can cause unpleasant sensations, irritate or irritate the mucous membrane and not provide the desired aromatherapy effect. Also, use the dispenser on the bottle carefully as 1 large drop = 1 ml.
